Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of matrixgadget.in (the "Site"), operated by Matrix ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Site, browsing our products, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.

1. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you possess the legal authority to enter into a binding contract.

2. Products, Sizing, and Pricing

All product descriptions, images, size charts, fabric details, and pricing displayed on the Site are subject to change without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
We make reasonable efforts to display garment colors, prints, and sizing accurately; however, due to screen/display settings, dye lots, and manual measurement processes, minor variation in color, print placement, or measurement (up to industry-standard tolerance) between the product received and its representation on the Site shall not constitute a defect and is not grounds for a return, exchange, or refund claim.
Size charts provided on product pages are general guidance only. It is the customer's responsibility to check measurements before ordering. We are not liable for sizing dissatisfaction where the customer has ordered based on the published size chart.
In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment received, in which case any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order, at our sole discretion.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity, errors in pricing or product information, or unavailability of stock/size. In the event we cancel an order after payment has been collected, our sole liability shall be to refund the amount paid, and we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from such cancellation.

4. Payments

All payments must be made in full through the payment methods made available on the Site at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. We use third-party payment gateways to process transactions and are not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures caused by such third parties, your bank, or your card issuer. Any payment gateway or transaction fees incurred are non-refundable, including where an order is subsequently cancelled or refunded, unless otherwise stated.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled by the customer only before the order has been dispatched/shipped. Once an order has been packed, handed over to a courier, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, regardless of the delivery timeline communicated. Requests to cancel after dispatch will be treated in accordance with our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, and may be declined at our discretion where the product has already left our facility.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, garment designs, prints, artwork, photography, and software, is the property of Matrix or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and design law. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, scrape, print, or otherwise exploit any design, print, or artwork appearing on our products or Site without our express prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, our systems, or related networks; interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including in relation to orders, sizing complaints, returns, or reviews; or engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Site. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms, without prior notice and without liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Matrix, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any product purchased therefrom. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any order shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Product Care and Warranty Disclaimer

Garments should be cared for strictly in accordance with the wash-care instructions on the product label. We are not liable for shrinkage, color fading, print cracking, or fabric wear resulting from washing, drying, ironing, or handling that deviates from the care label instructions. Except as expressly stated, products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Matrix and its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, at the location determined by the Company.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
